Each wiring is strictly customised to the client’s request, but also according to the evaluation of our technicians through specific analysis of the intended destination of the wiring. By doing so, we can choose the most suitable materials for the intended use among those available, always considering the regulatory standards and the necessary certification (UL, SCA, IMQ-HAR, VDE).

Our warehouse allows us to store all the material needed for each individual process, to guarantee promptness and efficiency not only in the development and assembly of the project, but also in logistics and production.

After viewing a technical drawing or a sample of the requested product, all the details are analysed including the intended use, to ensure the feasibility of the order and calculate a quote as accurate and complete as possible.

We also always provide an indicated delivery date of the product, which varies according to the production volume and its complexity. To do this, we make sure that we always have the most complete collaboration in providing all the data and specifications that can be useful in the design, ensuring no further clarification is required later and allow timing to be as optimised as possible.

In the final phase, after adding the bill of materials to the management software, our technical office defines the various phases with the respective internal processing types, assigning them to the various departments.

The progress of the order is constantly monitored to detect and resolve any issues.

All the tests necessary to guarantee reliability, quality and durability of each process are also carried out.
